1. WHAT TYPES OF TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE?
- Ticket Type A: For service providers.
- Ticket Type B: For brands and retailers.

2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET?
There are no physical tickets. A QR code will be emailed to you approximately two weeks before the event for venue access.
3. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Payment is via invoice only, as this is a B2B event. Ensure your invoice is paid within 30 days, and a valid VAT number is required during registration.
4. WHO CAN REGISTER?
Only companies in the e-commerce industry are eligible. Private individuals cannot register for this B2B event.
5. CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
Once your registration has been confirmed by the ECD team, cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible free of charge.
6. CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO A COLLEAGUE?
Yes, it is possible to transfer your ticket to a colleague. Please contact us at ecd@tradebyte.com to arrange the transfer.
7. HOW CAN I BOOK A HOTEL?
Reserved hotel rooms are available at H4 Hotel. Detailed booking information can be found here.
8. CAN I BECOME A SPONSOR?
Sponsorship opportunities are open to existing Tradebyte partners, including marketplaces and networking partners.
9. WHY USE THE ECD GATE?
The ECD Gate streamlines meeting arrangements and provides a structured and efficient way to connect with other participants.
10. WHEN CAN I BOOK MEETINGS?
Meeting bookings will open closer to the event. You will receive email notifications with instructions, so stay tuned.
11. WHO CAN BOOK MEETINGS?
Only Sponsors and Ticket Type B can schedule official meetings via the ECD Gate. Feel free to contact your desired brand outside the gate.
